Our client is a privately owned & operated construction (new build) , refurbishment, and interiors fit-out company delivering a diverse range of projects throughout Australia.

The company has grown significantly over the past 30 years, completing iconic projects ranging from $1 million to over $30 million in value and earning multiple awards. They operate across various sectors including commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential, and industrial, serving both private and public sector clients.

The company prides itself on a close-knit, collaborative team that takes pride in their work. Due to an increase in new project awards across sectors such as Commercial, Automotive, Religious, Industrial, Child Care, Education, Aged Care, Healthcare, and Government, they now seek a Project Manager to join their successful team.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Oversee single or multiple projects depending on size
  • Manage site teams
  • Prepare construction programs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and financial aspects
  • Oversee costing and quality control
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Role Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in construction, including new build, fit-out, or refurbishment
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Extensive experience across commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential, and industrial sectors for both private and public clients
  • Knowledge of contract administration, estimating, programming, subcontractor management, and client liaison roles
