THE ROLEThe People and Culture Manager will lead a small team whilst reporting into the HR Director. Sitting on the senior leadership team, this role will work on strategy and take a hands-on approach within the business whilst effectively mentoring employees and stakeholders. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Manager looking for a business where they can grow and develop as there is already a clear path of career progression.
DUTIESEnsure compliance across all HR policies, processes, systems and infrastructures in accordance with strategic prioritiesOversee the recruitment process for senior leadership rolesProvide advice, support, assistance to leadership teams across HR & WHS functions to protect the organisation against riskManage whilst acting as a mentor / coach to the HR Coordinator and HR BPOversee all IR matters and build a positive employee relations climateWorking collaboratively to develop and embed effective people structures and solutionsEXPERIENCE & SKILLSExperience working as a HR Generalist within a NFP or similar organisationKnowledge of the Schads award is highly advantageous however having a strong understanding of awards is necessaryExperience in employee relations and industrial relationsExperience in coaching and influencing a team and stakeholdersExperience working within a small-to-medium sized business highly desirableBenefitsReward recognition programmeOn-site parkingAccess to EAPAmazing social events to get involved with!HOW TO APPLYLI-SK1
