  • THE ROLE
  • The People and Culture Manager will lead a small team whilst reporting into the HR Director. Sitting on the senior leadership team, this role will work on strategy and take a hands-on approach within the business whilst effectively mentoring employees and stakeholders. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Manager looking for a business where they can grow and develop as there is already a clear path of career progression.

  • DUTIES
  • Ensure compliance across all HR policies, processes, systems and infrastructures in accordance with strategic priorities
  • Oversee the recruitment process for senior leadership roles
  • Provide advice, support, assistance to leadership teams across HR & WHS functions to protect the organisation against risk
  • Manage whilst acting as a mentor / coach to the HR Coordinator and HR BP
  • Oversee all IR matters and build a positive employee relations climate
  • Working collaboratively to develop and embed effective people structures and solutions
  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Experience working as a HR Generalist within a NFP or similar organisation
  • Knowledge of the Schads award is highly advantageous however having a strong understanding of awards is necessary
  • Experience in employee relations and industrial relations
  • Experience in coaching and influencing a team and stakeholders
  • Experience working within a small-to-medium sized business highly desirable
