In this role, the successful Culture and Capability Partner will lead the delivery and localisation of global talent development programs across the Asia Pacific region, supporting leadership, culture, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.Responsibilities includeDeliver global learning and leadership programs tailored to regional and cultural needsDesign and facilitate team development workshops and onboarding experiencesSupport culture, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiativesCollaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement talent development strategiesManage learning content and sessions through the LMS, ensuring accessibility and impactCoach and empower leaders and employees to take ownership of their developmentWhat makes this opportunity uniqueThis role offers the opportunity to shape the learning and development experience for employees across a diverse and dynamic region.
