Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, this full-time role involves :Providing administrative support across multiple programs and servicesCoordinating fleet bookings and vehicle maintenanceManaging office maintenance and liaising with service providersActing as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiriesAssisting with financial administration, including invoice processing and expense trackingCoordinating staff travel and accommodation bookingsSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database managementExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCulture and BenefitsAt Berry Street, we are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive work environment that values professional growth.
