As Change Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting operational change across both B2C and B2B digital channels. You'll manage the human and behavioural side of this transformation – influencing, engaging, and guiding stakeholders across the store network and internal tech teams.The position requires a strong communicator and strategist – someone who understands both change methodology and stakeholder dynamics.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change strategies across major digital transformation streams.Drive change across retail environments (500+ store locations, 5000+ users).Navigate relationships with the internal technology teamsManage and simplify stakeholder communications for senior executives and steering committees.Lead operational change to support new digital channels and platforms.Act as a liaison between change, comms, and delivery functions.Map and influence key stakeholders across business units and store operations.Ideal Candidate Strong background in organisational change within large-scale retail or enterprise programs.Proven experience with store-level change across multiple retail branches across ANZ.Confident communicator with ability to influence senior leadership and simplify messaging.Comfortable dealing with both technology team resistance and frontline store engagement.Able to operate with autonomy and initiative in fast-paced, multi-stream environments.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
