    • ABOUT THE ROLE

      In this position you'll maintain the well-being of clients and help them work towards their goals and aspirations. You'll provide compassionate support in their day to day lives by assisting and encouraging them to participate in daily tasks such as meals, cleaning, medication and personal care. You will also kindly assist them to live their best life by enabling them to engage in community participation activities.

    • Skills and Experiences
    • Criteria
    • Cert III in relevant industry qualification and / or significant relevant experience
    • Current Driver's Licence
    • A valid Yellow Card - Disability (Qld) or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
    • Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
    • Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach.
    • Ability to follow established support work practices.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
