Job Description Summary

As part of the Finance team within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) this role will help to drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal stakeholders.

The role will cover generating and reviewing monthly expenditure & revenue rent rolls prepare batches for urgent rent payments and process rent related refunds.

Job Description

We are looking for an entrylevel Property Administration Officer to join our highly supportive team and develop their property accounting career. As the Property Administration Officer you will play a critical role as part of the Finance team to help drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders. The role will cover generating and reviewing monthly expenditure & revenue rent rolls preparing batches for urgent rent payments and processing rent related refunds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation & review of expenditure / revenue rent rolls and associated reporting
  • Prepare urgent payment batches for the property accounting team
  • Process payment refund requests
  • Process workflow credit approvals within 24 hours
  • RBL Expiry Reports
  • Respond to internal queries within 24 hours
  • Ensure compliance with internal control structures.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity through standardization and improvements to processes and reporting.

About You :

Previous experience with Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable lease administration or working within a similar finance role is highly desirable. Business partnering experience from working with business support teams will also be beneficial as is experienced in dealing with outsourced providers.

You Will Also Have :

  • A tertiary Finance qualification is desired but not essential.
  • 1 years experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Exposure to JDE is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Ability to understand systems and data issues
  • Ability to improve business processes to increase productivity
  • Excellent attention to detail
