Our client is a global leader in Computers and Information Technology. Due to recent changes within the business, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support staff to work at our site located in Homebush

About the role

Oversee the entire purchase order process, including order checking, backorder reviews, amendments, and pricing validation.

Handle customer delivery requirements and maintain the online pricing catalogue.

Review and process customer claims (returns, overcharges) and manage enquiries about orders, product information, stock availability, and deliveries.

Generate reports for customers, provide administrative support to the sales team, and offer reception relief as needed.

Support new store openings and closures and coordinate delivery requirements with freight partners.

Develop relationships with customers, provide training on systems and processes, and communicate product roadmaps and transitions.

Handle delivery issues promptly, support the delivery and return of evaluation products for sales, and ensure timely shipment.

The Successful Applicants will need to have

Previous Admin Skills

Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Be Available for an ongoing role and able to commit to 5 days per week
