  • We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Finance & Group Services division based in our Flinders Gate office in Melbourne.

    Working within the Financial Control department, you will be a key member of the Workday Support Team. As John Holland's "in-house" Report Developer, this role is expected to design, build, enhance and support end user requirements for workday reports.

  • About the Role
  • Analyse, design and build custom reports using Workday reporting tools (e.g., Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, dashboards, worklets).
  • Engage stakeholders to develop reporting requirements and create bespoke solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Workday reporting solution platform.
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts and provide solutions to testing issues.
  • Manage the analysis & changes required to reports resulting from regular product updates.
  • Develop training and support reference materials (templates, FAQs and guidelines).
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting strategy.
  • Support the integration between Workday and the Operational Management System (OMS)
  • About You
  • This position will require you to hold a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Finance and have Workday Certification.

    Ideally, you will have practical experience / knowledge in :

  • Application support, Workday Custom Reports development (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards).
  • End to end implementation of Workday Reporting (Financials, Projects, PSA preferred) for customers within the construction industry
  • Financial and Management Accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying Financials, projects, PSA, security and reporting solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Workday, Prism and Adaptive report build including experience with office connect
  • BIRT reporting and development of Prism use cases and pipelines
  • Your proven Workday functional and security knowledge will see you succeed in this role.

    The ability to build and nurture relationships and utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills is essential.
