Are you up for the challenge?We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Finance & Group Services division based in our Flinders Gate office in Melbourne.
Working within the Financial Control department, you will be a key member of the Workday Support Team. As John Holland's "in-house" Report Developer, this role is expected to design, build, enhance and support end user requirements for workday reports.
About the RoleAnalyse, design and build custom reports using Workday reporting tools (e.g., Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, dashboards, worklets).Engage stakeholders to develop reporting requirements and create bespoke solutions.Drive continuous improvement of the Workday reporting solution platform.Develop test scenarios, scripts and provide solutions to testing issues.Manage the analysis & changes required to reports resulting from regular product updates.Develop training and support reference materials (templates, FAQs and guidelines).Develop a comprehensive reporting strategy.Support the integration between Workday and the Operational Management System (OMS)About YouThis position will require you to hold a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Finance and have Workday Certification.
Ideally, you will have practical experience / knowledge in :
Application support, Workday Custom Reports development (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards).End to end implementation of Workday Reporting (Financials, Projects, PSA preferred) for customers within the construction industryFinancial and Management Accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecastingGathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying Financials, projects, PSA, security and reporting solutions to meet customer requirementsWorkday, Prism and Adaptive report build including experience with office connectBIRT reporting and development of Prism use cases and pipelinesYour proven Workday functional and security knowledge will see you succeed in this role.
The ability to build and nurture relationships and utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills is essential.
