We’re recruiting a Document Controller to join our Energy team based in our head office in Victoria Park. This role will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining project-related documents.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing on-going support to the personnel team
  • Overseeing data entry, generating and updating of reports
  • Providing support organizing, managing, and maintaining project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and compliant
  • Processing information into the relevant document control system and reporting
  • Organising, recording and storing information and respond to requests for up-to-date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.
  • Handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.
  • Working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.

    • What you’ll bring :

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous administrative experience within the Oil & Gas industry (desirable)
  • Team Binder experience is required
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive and energetic approach to work
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sound understanding and ability to apply document control processes.
