Job Description

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to the children.
  • Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club.
  • Conduct and host birthday parties and special events at the Kids Club.
  • Create new arts and crafts for the kids club.
  • Plan and develop new ideas for summer camps, Halloween parties, and Christmas events, and follow through with the activities as scheduled.
  • Ensure all new colleagues are trained in the daily operations of the Kids Club and work as a team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the Kids Club supervisor regarding incidents, guest comments, and feedback.
  • Manage inventory of arts and crafts and report when supplies are low.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained for children's safety.
  • Ensure all attendants follow procedures in the Kids Club.
  • Design wall and window artwork for the Kids Club.
  • Supervise children in the Kids Club and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Support the Kids Club supervisor at the reception during busy periods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children.
  • Fun, creative, enthusiastic, positive, flexible, and good at multitasking.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Focus on children's needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
