Job descriptionResponsibilities Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive experience through outstanding customer service and communication. Working closely with the Bottle Shop Manager, and independently, to ensure that the store environment and visual merchandising meet the Varsity expectations. Ensure the store is fully stocked. Work closely with customers to help them identify their needs, whilst utilising basic sales techniques to upsell when possible. Keep up to date with product information and beverage industries news and trends. Follow all Company policies and procedures. Provide support to the venue (our bottle shop is connected to one of our northern venues) as required. Requirements RSA certificate Proven working experience in a retail sales environment. Experience in liquor retail is preferred but with the right attitude, we can teach you anything! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Easy going with a relaxed, helpful approach Well presented A basic knowledge of wine and spirits products will help you enormously although you will have a chance to learn from some of the industries best!
