Job Description
Are you an experienced allied health professional with a passion for leading a team and shaping the next generation of clinicians? We are seeking a Speech Pathologist looking to take the next step into team management.
You will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community. Whether you have leadership experience or are seeking to step into a leadership role permanently, we would love to hear from you!
This role requires you to utilize your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of your NDIS participants and to foster the development of team members.
Responsibilities will include : Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptlyProviding essential Speech Pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the communityUsing clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goalsDelivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of lifeCollaborating with a multidisciplinary teamSupporting graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists through supervision, mentoring, and professional developmentBuilding a supportive environment to achieve high clinical standardsAssisting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow managementMaintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation for complianceWhat we offer you! To be considered, you will have :
Current SPA registration as a Speech PathologistMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech PathologistLeadership capability to meet key responsibilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsProactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvementMentorship interest for graduates and early-career cliniciansA fun, collaborative, and supportive work environmentGenuine passion for working in the disability sector Additional Information
