We’re looking for experienced, proactive, and results-driven Mortgage Brokers to join our team and help service a consistent pipeline of highly engaged, pre-qualified members.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run structured finance sessions with members to review their goals and current position
Provide borrowing capacity assessments to members and collaborate with Property Strategists
Workshop finance scenarios to help members move forward with property purchases
Manage loan applications end-to-end via CRM, AOL, and lender portals
Liaise with banks, brokers, and internal teams to push applications through to settlement
Maintain NCCP compliance and submit all required documents (CNA, FHOG, Discharge Authority, etc.)
Interpret credit reports and request lender pricing discounts

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

3+ years mortgage broking experience

Strong experience settling off-the-plan, land & construction, SMSF or investment loans

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and a strong member-first mindset

Confidence using CRM platforms, compliance systems, and lender tools

Ability to work autonomously with full control of your day

Bonus : You’re an active investor or highly familiar with the residential investment market

You’ve only worked in PAYG banking roles and haven’t run your own files

You’re not comfortable delegating tasks to support teams to help drive deals through to settlement

You’re uncomfortable working remotely or managing a CRM-based pipeline

You lack experience in land & build, off-the-plan, or investment lending

Percentage of loans settled on time (for purchase deals)

Percentage of purchase loans submitted on time

Percentage of refinance loans submitted on time

Percentage of borrowing capacity assessments provided on time

For Brokers on a Base Salary Package Only

Number of loans submitted

Number of borrowing capacity assessments completed
