Hours are Monday
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Front of house position / Uniform includeed
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Provide accurate information about Harbour Town, including store locations, operating hours, and promotions.
Assist with customer inquiries, addressing their needs or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing appointments.
Support the management team with various tasks, including coordinating events and maintaining records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of information and customer assistance.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls and visitors.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
