As we continue to enhance our guest experience, we're seeking a reliable and skilled Painter and Tiler to join our Maintenance team.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Painter and Tiler to support the upkeep and improvement of our property's appearance and functionality. This role involves painting interiors and exteriors, repairing and laying tiles, and assisting with general maintenance tasks. You'll work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure high standards are maintained across guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, including preparation, patching, and finishing
Lay and repair wall and floor tiles in guest rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
Ensure all work meets safety and building standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, storing tools and materials properly
Report and record completed tasks and materials used
Assist with other general maintenance duties as required
What We're Looking For Proven experience in painting and tiling (trade qualifications highly regarded)
Eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic knowledge of WHS and manual handling procedures
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends if needed
