What you'll be doing :

Supporting end users during the Windows 11 upgrade process

Troubleshooting hardware / software issues post-upgrade

Ensuring smooth deployment with minimal disruption to users

What we're looking for :

Proven desktop support experience (Windows 10 / 11)

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Available to start soon - contract role

Location : Onsite, 6000
