Shell QGC operates natural gas operations from the Surat Basin of southern Queensland to supply the Australian domestic market and for export as LNG via a two-train LNG liquefaction plant on Curtis Island.
As Environment Reporting Advisor, you will have oversight of QGC's compliance database system and environmental reporting. You will partner with the business, identify issues, and deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose strategies and implementation plans to assist with managing and highlighting environmental compliance risks and opportunities.
You must have a deep commitment to our values, code of conduct, Goal Zero and visibly demonstrate a simplification and delivery mindset, balancing immediate activities with longer-term direction setting. You are expected to role model inclusive behaviors and help build an environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
The Environment Reporting Advisor will focus on proactively managing and responding to compliance obligations and risks to maintain Shell's environmental and social license to operate on the east coast of Australia. Key components of the role include :
