KidsCo Australia is creating the next generation of AWESOME! We provide innovative high quality After School Care, Before School Care and Vacation Care programs for school aged children, parents, and school communities. Our programs are designed by experts to produce fun engaging environments that enable children to explore, learn and play with KidsCo.

As the Director of Learning, you'll be the hero who leads a team of educators to provide engaging, compliant, and super awesome care programs for kids. You will be a role-model for research-based best practice to ensure every child in your care has the BEST DAY EVER!

You will ensure that every kid in your service is having a blast in a safe and supportive environment. You will collaborate with your educators and other Directors of Learning around Victoria to develop creative ideas for activities that will make the kids' jaws drop and keep them coming back for more. You'll also be the go-to person for the school, families and other stakeholders, who trust you to keep the show running smoothly.
