Assistant Store Manager - Chatswood

We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Assistant Store Manager to help drive the team based in our Marcs Chatswood Myer concession store, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs brand!

Whilst assisting the Store Manager in leading the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end store operations within the concession, customer service and loyalty sign ups, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, scheduling and reporting.

• This is a Full-Time position and you will be required to work 38 hours per week.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as in fashion retail;
• Management / Supervisor experience preferred but not mandatory;
• Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets / KPI's;
• Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
• Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
• Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
• An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
