What We’re Looking For :
Experience in General Insurance Dispute Resolution or similar fields (3 years in claims, banking, or debt collection).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication for decision letters.
Confidence in handling difficult conversations .
Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
A legal background is a plus!
Technical Must-Haves :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with claims and complaint recording systems.
Strong general computer literacy.
