Role Overview
Reporting to a highly experienced CFO youll will lead a close-knit team of 4 and take ownership of end-to-end payroll for 1000 employees. The environment is dynamic and complex covering a number of different business entities a mix of EAs and awards and a large casual workforce. This is a true leadership role with direct lines to the leadership team. Saying that you will still enjoy being hands-on and ensuring a smooth payroll operation.

Candidate Profile
Youre a confident senior payroll professional with a solid foundation and ready for the next step. You enjoy solving problems improving processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will have over five years of leadership experience in medium-to-large complex payroll environments supporting 1000employees You bring a wealth of expertise in streamlining payroll operations and driving system improvements. Your background includes hands-on experience with payroll processing and adjustments as well as strong proficiency in ERP systems.
You are well-versed in time and attendance systems such as Kronos and demonstrate a deep understanding of modern awards enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs) and individual flexibility agreements (IFAs). Known for your analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail you consistently ensure accuracy and compliance across all facets of payroll. Your formal qualifications in payroll and finance further strengthen your capability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex payroll settings.
