Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for professional and motivated Civil Site Supervisor wanting to join a leading construction company located in Sydney.

• Responsibilities
• Manage the daily coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the project
• Monitor subcontractors with a view to ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
• Conduct training and inductions on site
• Read and interpret site drawings
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Must have minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Site Supervisor
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead and motivate others
• A valid driver's license and relevant certifications in construction and safety standards.
• Knowledge of compliance and legislation within the construction industry.
