About the Role We're seeking a Head of Finance to join our high-performing team and lead financial operations across our diverse and growing group of entities. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in shaping financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring our financial performance is aligned to our mission and values.

As Head of Finance, you will :

Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk managementProvide strategic insights to the executive team, Board and business unitsOversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit activitiesManage and mentor a team of Finance Managers and AccountantsCollaborate across entities to improve systems, efficiencies and outcomesChampion financial discipline while identifying growth and savings opportunitiesWhat You'll Bring : CA / CPA qualification (minimum 5 years post)5-10+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership roleTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or similarProven track record in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementStrong commercial acumen and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approachExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 preferred)A strong ethical foundation and commitment to continuous improvementExperience within the not-for-profit or community services sectorUnderstanding of ACNC reporting requirementsWhy Join Us?
