About the role

Our client has a full time opportunity for a Personal Lines Claims specialist to manage a portfolio of predominantly Home, Contents and Motor claims.

As part of their team, you will provide a professional and efficient service to clients and internal brokers, while working with insurers to provide the best claims outcome for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of insurance claims
• Processing and lodgement of insurance claims
• Responsibility for timely management of claims
• Providing claim advice to clients and brokers
• Engaging with clients, insurers, assessors and repairers
• Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
