About the Role
The Team Leader - Concierge is responsible to assist the Front Office / Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
Some of the responsibilities include :
Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
At least 1 year of experience in a Guest Service Team leader role.
Ability to work under pressure
Positive, can-do attitude
Diploma / certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable
Knowledge of Opera is desirable
Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel / Hotel industry
