Job descriptionBachelor of Laws or equivalent, admitted to practice in NSW with a current unrestricted practising certificate. Experience in legal research, drafting, advocacy, and stakeholder management. Experience with NSW Fair Trading, SafeWork NSW, or Building Commission NSW in prosecutions, criminal law, and administrative law.

This position is based in Sydney CBD with flexible working options. The role involves working in prosecutions and administrative review litigation supporting regulators such as NSW Fair Trading, SafeWork NSW, or Building Commission NSW.
Pay Range
A$149,739.00 / yr - A$173,174.00 / yr, plus 12% superannuation. Salary is based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to senior management and investigation teams on enforcement strategies, statutory powers, and legal proceedings.
- Represent regulators in courts and tribunals, conduct prosecutions, and manage external legal representation.
