  • As a Cluster Manager you will
  • Have previous experience in customer focused, sales driven industries - apparel, jewelry, luxury, tourism...
  • Be motivated and driven to achieve KPIs
  • Coach and mentor your team to achieve their sales goals
  • Performance manage and develop your team
  • Provide premium customer service and make a visit to Cue a memorable experience
  • Build client relationships and expand your VIP database
  • Think outside the box with solutions for recruitment, in store events and increasing productivity
