Apprentice Carpenter

Bonshaw Building is seeking a 1st year or continuing apprentice to join the team.

As an apprentice carpenter you'll work on the tools each day with other apprentices & a qualified builder learning as you complete all aspects of residential construction including framing, fix out, flooring, interior lining, formwork & concreting, roofing, cladding & fascades, decks & pergolas & various other general building work while completing projects varing from bathroom renovation right through to complete new homes.

A successful applicant will have a well prepared resume, express initiative & intuition for hands on construction work, be willing for the physical demands of trade occupation, be an able communicator, have a practical & mentally engaged mindset & be eager for successful teamwork

Bonshaw Building is a small construction company based in the inner west of Sydney engaged in local residential work as well as the north shore, eastern, st george & sutherland shire. This is a unique opportunity to be trained well with a broad construction skillset.

• Meet the criteria for an Australian apprenticeship, a construction white card & obtain suitable PPE before commencing the role
