Building Services Engineer

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to manage and deliver multiple projects with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for overseeing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems from design to implementation, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Design, inspect, and oversee installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.

Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Produce technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Stay up to date with industry codes, regulations, and best practices.

About You

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in building services engineering.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services design / installation.

Excellent time management and job coordination skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage workload across several projects.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
