Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Creates executive-level reporting on all aspects of IPC services, including trend analysis, cost benefit / ROI analysis, and forecasting
• Maintains self-service dashboards for business team using BI software
• Assists in the development of reports for easy analysis of key information
• Assists in the design, maintenance and interpretation of basic operational reports to monitor both retailer and manufacturer activity
• Analyzes past results to report cost benefit and performance improvements
• Queries, interprets, evaluates and interrelates transactional data and presents findings to internal management and external customers
• Monitors high transaction database to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Performs ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Interacts with internal and external peers and manager to shareplex information related to area of expertise
• Acts as a liaison between the business and IT
• Work with clients to extract project / reporting requirements
• Assists with forecasts and projections for executive planning
