About the Role - Must be able to provide personal care tasks and available to work 3- 5 days a weekWe support children, young people and families, people with disabilities, and people with mental illness. EmpowerU Support Teams focussed on co-production, supporting people to make decisions about their life and support.
The support you provide might include :
Personal care, such as help with dressing, eating, showering, toileting, or moving around the houseHelping the person develop skills - for example, making a budget, taking public transport, using assistive technology, or preparing mealsAssisting the person to participate in social outings, recreational activities and community eventsProviding companionship, conversation and emotional support.Assisting with transport to attend appointmentsDomestic assistance, such as house cleaning, shopping, laundry, or performing errandsWe encourage people from all backgrounds and people with disabilities to apply.
