  • Sales Administration Officer
  • to become an integral part of our dynamic team based in
  • Naval Base, Perth
  • This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
  • Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to
  • Enquiry Management : Efficiently handle incoming enquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Document Preparation : Prepare quotations, tender responses, and relevant documentation for both internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Data Entry : Ensure accurate and timely data entry into existing systems, including Insphire, Salesforce or Navision.
  • CRM Maintenance : Take charge of maintaining and managing our Customer Relationship Management Systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Administration Excellence : Undertake general administration duties, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Ad hoc Support : Be ready to tackle additional ad hoc administration duties based on evolving business needs.
  • What you will bring to the role
  • Proven Experience : A background in a similar administration role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Time Management : Excellent time management skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  • Initiative : Display initiative and proactively support the sales team.
  • Teamwork Values : A desire to work within a collaborative team environment that values teamwork.
  • Systems Knowledge : Experience working with CRM, Inspire and Navision is desirable but not essential.
