CapRec are working closely with several consulting firms in Canberra. Each firm have secured continued success across the project space and are now strengthening their ability to deliver at the senior consultant level (High performing APS6 or EL1 / EL2).

Their main clients are in the government sector, and they undertake a range of projects working through the entire project lifecycle including strategic planning and frameworks, governance, procurement, contract management, assurance, reporting, risk management, PMO structures, budgeting & financial management etc.

We are mainly seeking those with non-ICT experience, however open to reviewing applicants from all backgrounds.

For those in Federal Government who have often thought about consulting, now might be the time to pick up the phone and start learning more. While these clients have been specific in their needs, there isn't always a 'one size fits all' approach to finding the right person.

Some of these firms have the capacity to be flexible with training and will be open-minded to the right people.
