Max term - 12 Months| Part Time - 15 hrs per week (flexible days)

  • Salary - $36.84 / hr + Super + Salary Packaging benefit

Your Opportunity

Your key responsibilities will be to :

  • Conduct Intake of women who are referred to or self-refer to the program
  • Responsible for the intake and referral processes, referring all women to appropriate services
  • Provide one-off support, referral and information to appropriate clients
  • Contribute to the effective functioning and development of the services across the region through involvement in projects
  • Establish and maintain a Private Rentals Property Register and a database of potential tenants
  • Requirements for Success

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess :

  • Ideally Diploma in Social Welfare or relevant industry experience
  • Strong listening and engagement skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A sound level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes
  • Previous experience intake and assessment.
  • Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children / vulnerable people.
