About the role;Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include :
Plan, prepare, implement, and optimise the business' adoption and ongoing usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Provide marketing expertise to help shape the Salesforce product vision and roadmapWork with the squad's Product Owner to help prioritise marketing capabilities based on value / riskSupport the gathering and refining of requirements to build ongoing solutions and optimisationBring your understanding and experience of member personas, experiences and channels to help the squad build great customer experiencesDemonstrate a strong commercial acumen with a desire to base decisions on data and business valueDelivery of ongoing optimisation of marketing automation journeys to align to business and brand metrics / KPIsAlign the squads' delivery priorities with the strategic plan, involvement in planning and learning cycles, with a focus on realisation of member and staff outcomes and improvement of end-to-end deliveryChanges delivered within agreed timelines, stakeholders effectively engaged throughout, tangible and sustainable value realised from initiatives, change managed effectivelySupport the evolution of an organisation-wide agile culture, representing the vision by acting as an advocate for change, leading and supporting the organisation through an evolving operating model and governance structureConstantly be learning and developing your squad's empathy for the solution users' needsPersonify the user, understand their wants, and surprise and delight users with new valueWork and form relationships with key Marketing & Sales stakeholdersPromote open and candid communication within the squad; identify and work with team dynamics and differencesWhat will you bring?At least 3+ years' experience as a Marketing professional across integrated channel and campaign management. Experience across both B2B and B2CExperience with Salesforce Marketing Automation solutions and how they can be used to drive member and business outcomesExperience basing decisions on data and business valueDemonstrating a strong commercial acumen and experience with implementing change across an organisationExperience monitoring adoption and undertaking activities to drive adoptionExperience working in an Agile environment is desirableDemonstrated skills in utilising user insight methods and tools : qual / quant research, analytics tools, data analysis tools, persona identification, journey mappingAbility to disseminate complex information into concise reporting for steering committees and various other leadership meetings / forumsExperience creating and managing reporting dashboardsStrong understanding of marketing communication principles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of channels and platformsCritical thinking and systems thinking mindset; ability to recognised symptoms that indicate problems and mitigate and manage risk appropriatelyAbility to analyse large and varied amounts of data to inform squad decision makingHands-on skills with Jira (or similar Kanban) essential Miro or alternate story-mapping tool desirableExperience in stakeholder management and change management.
