We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist tojoin our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services.
THE POSITION : Providing high reception and guest services Booking meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required Ensure all staff are meeting standards with emails, intranet and phone enquiries Manage and document client feedback THE PERSON : At least 2+ years experienced in a comparable supervisory reception / client service role Excellent communication skills with Impeccable personal presentation Advanced administration skills Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
