Your R esponsibilities

As Head of Department - Curriculum, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning journey of every student. Working closely with the school leadership team, classroom teachers, and support staff, you will :

  • Lead the development, implementation, and review of whole-school curriculum plans
  • Drive high-impact teaching practices and data-informed decision-making
  • Coach and mentor teachers to support professional growth and consistency in pedagogy
  • Promote inclusive, differentiated learning that reflects our students' diverse needs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration aligned with our HEART values in every aspect of school life
