About the Role :

Reporting to the Production Supervisor the role will be primarily responsible for of daily production in the Fish Processing area.

The position will be Permanent Full Time and based in Canning Vale WA.

Responsibilities :

• Execute the daily production plan.
• Maintaining a competent and motivated workforce
• Encouraging and building a strong safety culture
• Monitoring equipment and workforce efficiency taking action to improve where necessary
• Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is performed safely efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and legislation
• Participate in and lead regular communication to ensure effective resource planning in line with volume expectations leave requirements and planned and unplanned absenteeism
• Collaborate and maintain a high level of cooperation with other staff.
