Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.As a Delivery Lead, Enhanced Assurance, you will be part of the Third-Party Risk Management team, that's doubling down on customer obsession.Lead all NAB stakeholder and vendor briefing sessions to ensure clarity across the boardManage a cross functional squad to deliver end-to-end Assurance Reviews for SaaS and high risk vendorsManage the assurance review program operational tracker for the squad to ensure timely delivery of reviews and resolution for issues arisingServe as the SME on third party risk managementPioneer continuous improvement of assurance review process and approach including reporting approach through actively seeking feedbackCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in third patty risk managementDesign controls with control owners across the enterprise and facilitating documentation in the risk management systemPerform assurance over supplier performance meeting risk requirements including CPS231 and CPS234Support key stakeholders and 2nd line risk partners and communicate and drive best practice across the enterpriseWhat You Will BringProven background in technology risk management and / or internal audit experienceStrong experience in vendor assurance and leading assurance engagements with vendorsDemonstrated experience in contract negotiation, within IT / Cyber SecurityStrong understanding of control design, risk assessment and assurance methodologiesUnderstanding of Technology and Operational Risks and ControlsProven problem-solving skills with a strong ability to influenceEducation and knowledge around information security, cloud (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS), and business continuity / disaster recovery controls along with a working knowledge of APRA CPS234, ISO 27001 and COBIT & NIST Cyber Security Framework including Cloud Security ControlsWell versed in stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skillsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
