As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate Customer Assistants and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring that our customers have a fun and engaging shopping experience, and helping to drive the growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer serviceOverseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the store, including visual merchandising and inventory managementBuilding strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfactionDriving sales and implementing goals for you and your team to meet KPI targets
