Aps 4 / 5 Establishment Officer

Our client, a major federal government department is seeking to hire an APS4 or 5 HR Establishment Officer for a 12 month non ongoing position starting in October.

In this role you will assist in the resolution of corporate HR information system position anomalies and resolve any data errors or inconsistencies as well as research and contribute to the provision of advice and guidance on the development of work value assessment and review documentation.

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Team
• Experience using e-recruit or similar HR information systems
• Experience in HR metrics
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience working with HR reporting
• HR qualifications will be highly regarded
