Personal Assistant - Family Law

This boutique practice is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with a Senior Family Lawyer.

Within this busy role you will be supporting fee earners in a role that will provide you with plenty of involvement. This position will provide you with great exposure to a wide range of family matters.

• Duties within role however not limited to
• Diary management
• File and document management
• Opening files, archiving etc.
• Proof reading legal documents
• Diction typing as and when required
• Preparing and amending documents
• To be considered for this position you must have
• Experience within legal administration in family law
• Exceptional communication and organisations skills
• Wills and Estate experience would be an advantage
• Experience with Smokeball or Leap
• An understanding of court processes and systems
• Accurate typing speed with a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm
• Enjoy working as a team player with a flexible can do approach to tasks
• Experience using Redcrest, Commcourts, Citec would be highly regarded
