Conduct periodic routine inspections for portfolio
- Ensure that properties are maintained and presented, in accordance with the owner's instructions
- Manage residency changes with residents and ensure new lease and documentation is complete and updated in PT
- Organise lease renewals and increases approved from owners
- Carry out rent reviews in accordance with owners' requirements for portfolio
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for portfolio
- Follow-up rental arrears and take necessary action for portfolio
- Follow-up water arrears for portfolio
- Carry out ingoing and outgoing property inspections and prepare the condition reports
- Undertake viritual videos for available properties and show home to prospective residents
- Prepare bond lodgement and prepare claims for bond
- Ensure new lease is completed for residency changes
- Liaise with prospective residents enquiring about leasing a property including follow-up and reply to website enquiries
- Maintain up-to-date record of available properties on website
- Provide feedback to owner on leasing property
- Approve residency applicants
- Prepare and update resident files
- Prepare new listing (incoming) property condition reports & photo's
- Salary
- 60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
