Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Projects Team and Program Director.
- Assist with coordination and documentation across a large number of minor and major projects.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including construction contractors and contract administrators.
- Support on boarding processes for new contractors.
- Prepare reports using Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Format documents, track work-flows, and ensure deadlines are met.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in project administration or senior administrative roles (FIFO experience highly regarded).Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships quickly.Level-headed, mature, and adaptable to changing priorities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
