Now, we’re looking for a Head of Execution , a master operator who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring our founder’s vision is executed flawlessly across every function and frontier.

Role Overview

Your job is to protect the founder’s time, accelerate strategic initiatives, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’re the connective tissue across projects and people - not a passive notetaker, but an elite executor who sits one step behind the CEO and one step ahead of the rest of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox & Task Shielding

  • Triage and manage the CEO’s inbox, pulling out only what actually needs their attention.
  • Respond, delegate, and close out threads where possible — quickly.
  • Maintain a daily dashboard of what’s pending and aging across departments.

Task & Accountability Management

  • Track DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) across key initiatives.
  • Follow up with team members — without annoying them — to ensure progress.
  • Write meeting summaries with DRIs + deadlines and chase delivery until done.

    • Project Flow Ownership

  • Help translate rapid-fire conversations into structured, trackable workflows.
  • Preempt issues in international rollout, supply chain, hiring, or marketing by staying ahead of timelines.
  • Organise, escalate, or delegate tasks to relevant leaders before Joe needs to.

    • System Building

  • Install repeatable systems for decision-making, inbox routing, and task follow-up.
  • Build internal templates, reports, checklists, and dashboards.

  • A Communication Pro : Your emails are short, sharp, and actionable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory if backed by exceptional experience).

    • This Is NOT For You If :

  • You need to be told what to do.
  • You’re allergic to chaos.
  • You get flustered under pressure.
  • You prefer to observe instead of lead.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience in scaling ops at a fast-growth startup or founder-led org.
  • Exposure to global supply chain, D2C, or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Monday.com, Gmail filters, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Otter.
  • Worked directly with a founder / CEO before, and loved the speed.
