As an integral part of our healthcare and social services team, you'll have the opportunity to support patients in achieving their health and fitness goals through expert guidance and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities : Design and implement tailored exercise programs to support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving overall healthCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care plansConduct health and fitness assessments to develop individualised treatment plansPreferred Requirements : Experience in prescribing exercise programs for patients with diverse needs and abilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and healthcare professionalsProficiency in conducting health and fitness assessments, including ECGs and stress testingRelevant qualifications in Exercise Physiology or a related fieldCurrent accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or equivalentPreferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related fieldAccredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) certificationCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a supportive and community-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
