• Professionally delivering the highest customer service, resolving issues, communicating clearly, and working safely
• Confidently preparing, comprehensively knowing, and responsibly serving beverages to guests in an effective manner
• Properly maintaining the set-up, stock, security, and hygiene of the Restaurant on a daily basis, including general service and functions
• Efficiently operating the POS system and coordinating payments

• Proof of working rights in Australia and ample availability
• RSA, plus some hospitality experience / understanding and immaculate presentation
• Strong English communication and hospitable service
