New graduates are welcome to apply, aged care placements will be viewed favourably. We are currently seeking applications for a Physiotherapistto join our Residential Aged Care Team at the Cove on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight.
The Physiotherapistwill be responsible for completing initial physiotherapy assessments to understand each clients unique goals and contribute to the development of each clients individual care plan. The Physiotherapist will also be responsible for developing an individualised therapy program for each client to support them to reach their rehabilitation goals. The Physiotherapist role includes supervision of a team of therapy assistants. The Physiotherapist plays an active role in the weekly site MDT to support safe and effective care.
