What we’re looking for

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our SAP S / 4HANA transformation journey . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong business acumen, customer engagement, stakeholder management experience and hands-on experience with migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S / 4HANA . This role involves data migration, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes to meet evolving financial management and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• SAP FICO Data Migration : Thought leadership and support for data migration activities from SAP ECC to S / 4HANA, with deep knowledge of FICO-related tables, data structures, and migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit and LSMW.
• SAP FICO Configuration : Design and configure SAP FI and CO modules in the S / 4HANA environment, leveraging innovations such as the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and streamlined financial processes.
• Analysis and Requirements : Gather, reframe and translate business requirements to technical requirements to enable quality data design artefacts and inform key customer stakeholders of how SNP will meet their migration requirements.
• Implementation Support : Provide hands-on support during the S / 4HANA implementation lifecycle, including workshops, requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution development.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Deliver post-implementation support, resolve system issues, and ensure optimal performance of SAP FICO solutions in the S / 4HANA landscape.
• Cross-Module Integration : Collaborate with consultants from other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process alignment.
• Customization : Customize FICO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centres, and Profit Centres to meet specific business needs.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals tailored to S / 4HANA.
• System Testing : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate FICO configurations and data integrity post-migration.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with SAP S / 4HANA updates, financial regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement, compliance and thought leadership.
